Amal Clooney

Amal Clooney (born Amal Ramzi alamuddin) is a Lebanese/British lawyer, human rights advocate and philanthropist who is charitable. A graduate of Oxford University School of Law and New York University School of Law is internationally recognized for her career and achievements in the areas of the international law of human rights. The most notable clients she has worked with are several nations, such as Armenia that is seeking to force an agreement with the Turkish government to recognize the Armenian Genocide. Amal Clooney became engaged in 2014 and later was married in 2015 to American actor George Clooney. She instantly became an household name. In the years prior to this she was respected and admired in the legal world because of her success and skill at representing clients. Her expertise ranges from social justice issues and human rights issues to representing multinational corporations during the negotiation process or litigating cases involving government regulations. From 2015 onwards, Doughty Street Chambers is located in London and she has been an attorney.

When she was still at the prep school Sarah was bit by the acting bug from a young age. The passion for acting began when the drama teacher she was with saw her jogging across the lawn in order to get to her the field hockey game on time. He told her she could leave the rehearsal to be part of Richard III's acting troupe.
